TAMKO makes top-flite roofing and has done even better by putting out its new IR shingles. To celebrate 2021, the company came up with a new way to roof, and Roofing magazine recently chose it as the best new idea: TAMKO’s first product that uses infrared light to improve insulation and reduce the amount of power you need. Solar screens are where the idea for this came from.

Gallium nitride (GaN), used in LED technology, made it possible for the company to make its new, innovative product. Combining GaN with the other materials makes the roof’s surface calmer and uses less energy. On top of that, it can handle bad weather like snow, strong winds, and hot temperatures better than most other materials. The new roofing product is unique because it works with the company line of waterproofing material ready for IR.

All TAMKO products are made from top recycled materials and high-quality asphalt shingles. The new line of roofing will also come in different sizes, colors, and styles. Ask your local company dealer if they can order the color you want at a great price when you see them.

Through infrared light, the new roof shingles line is meant to provide better security and performance. Because it will work with solar cells, the new product can be seen as a step forward in the field of shingles.

The company line of IR-ready underlayment has a waterproofing method that lets you put it down without water, making it more resistant to storm fires and better at absorbing sound to any roof. People can also use this flooring to keep water out of places that might flood.

The new Tamko shingles are manufactured to the highest safety standards and come in various styles, shapes, and colors. The new product’s installation requires no water, which means it will not be affected by any rain and will provide adequate protection against hail damage.
