NJ Ayuk served as General Counsel and Head of Trading & Investment Banking at the Royal Bank of Canada (NYSE: R.Y.). Before that, NJ Ayuk was an associate and partner at Goldman Sachs, where he worked for more than 20 years. He also held senior leadership roles at Credit Suisse and Morgan Stanley. NJ Ayuk founded the Centurion Law Group in 2016. He established the firm to provide services within the financial industry in financial and regulatory matters, including M&A transactions. He was previously a partner at Major, Hinton & Banks Lawyers and served as Vice President and General Counsel at Goldman Sachs.
As a senior partner at Goldman Sachs, He oversaw its U.S. Housing and Real Estate Practice (HREP) and many other clients in the financial industry. He has acted as General Counsel for various clients throughout his career, including Citicorp (NYSE: C), Merrill Lynch & Co., J.P. Morgan & Co., and other leading financial services firms.
